Simeon Kasmetski , Partner, Creative Director
Crystal Nation started as the brainchild of creative director Simeon Kasmetski. Through his interactions with travelers and designers the world over, he steadily refined his aesthetic direction over the past several years in South Beach Miami. Originally a retailer by trade, Mr. Kasmetski saw the potential in realizing and executing a client’s vision and taste through crystal expression. Although custom design was gratifying in its own right, he felt the need to reach a broader audience by creating a total vision: one in which crystal design and its inspiration are inextricably intertwined. The result of these efforts is the Crystal Nation collection.

Maria Pucci, Partner, Design Director
Born in Bulgaria, Ms. Pucci began her career in fashion a decade ago working for one of Europe’s top bespoke design houses. She came to the US five years ago when an opportunity arose to study at Boston’s prestigious School of Fashion Design. After winning the top award for a first-year student, she was accepted into New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology. After a year, she was hired full-time as the Creative Director for Quadrille Couture to create a new collection of ladies’ elegant wear. Maria brings a savvy understanding of design and deep knowledge of fashion to the company’s vision.

Robert Pucciariello, Partner, Business Creation
Mr. Pucciariello has had a long-standing career in finance and primary-stage company organization. After a successful career in capital markets, he has since focused his efforts as a serial entrepreneur. Crystal Nation is his latest and most exciting project to date. Living in Rome, Italy Robert absorbed many aspects of European culture and sensibility. Fusing this experience with his time in South Beach, Miami, he has helped guide the Crystal Nation philosophy and fashion-forward direction for the new collection.
